Haley Lyon

As the Director of Operational Efficiencies, Haley is responsible for streamlining operational processes and providing tools and support to management to help their teams operate at their best. Prior to stepping into this role, Haley worked in all aspects of the underwriting process for 3 years and acted as a liaison between Operations and other internal departments.

Following her undergraduate coursework at Vanderbilt University, Haley graduated from Syracuse University with an M.S. in Data Science.
