Benoit Kahn

Benoit Kahn is an experienced human resource professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and HR management. Currently serving as Responsable des Ressources Humaines for SG since June 2019, Benoit Kahn supports the HR needs of a retail banking division with over 400 employees across four departments, playing a crucial role in managing transformation and integration efforts with the Crédit du Nord group. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Manager at Société Générale Assurances, where Benoit Kahn defined recruitment strategies for various insurance subsidiaries, and HR Business Partner, providing strategic HR guidance aligned with business needs. Benoit Kahn has also worked as a Consultant at Korn/Ferry Futurestep, focusing on executive recruitment in banking and insurance, and as an HR Generalist at GROUPE SOS, managing HR for marginalized communities. Benoit Kahn holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Université Paris-Est Créteil and is currently enrolled in an advanced development program at KEDGE Business School.
