Ashley Orchard

Ashley Orchard, SPHR, currently serves as the Senior Director of Talent Experience at Credit Karma, where responsibilities include partnering with senior executives and leading a team through significant company growth and a successful acquisition. Previously, Ashley held the position of West Coast HR Leader at Bain & Company, advising on various HR functions while managing professional services teams. At Enova International, Ashley led HR strategies during rapid expansion and an IPO. Additional experience includes serving as a Regional HR Business Partner at NRT and a Staffing Manager at Northwestern University. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Purdue University and a Master of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Elmhurst University.
