Heidi Patton possesses extensive experience in customer service and retail management. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Service Representative at Credit Plus since March 2012, Heidi has developed strong customer relations skills. Previously, as General Manager at Lane Bryant from September 2006 to September 2011, responsibilities included overseeing all administrative and operational functions of the store, as well as leading and directing employees. Heidi graduated from North Carolina High School in 1997 with a diploma in General Studies.
