Thais Bortolotti

Thais Bortolotti is an experienced data engineer and analyst currently working at Creditas since January 2020, where responsibilities have included mapping HR data sources, creating solutions for data management, and developing ingestion pipelines. Thais has held multiple roles at Creditas, progressing from People Analytics Intern to Data Engineer II, with a focus on modeling HR data for analysis and supporting HR leadership with business metrics and KPIs. Prior experience includes a Research Scholar position at Universidade Federal de Viçosa, working on a project in Analytical Chemistry. Thais holds a Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, both from respected institutions, and is pursuing a postgraduate degree in Data Engineering and Big Data at Escola Politécnica da USP.
