Inga Takalandze is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in compensation, benefits, and human resource management. Currently serving as the Head of Compensation and Benefits Unit at Credo Bank since May 2021, Inga has driven strategic HR initiatives that resulted in a 20% increase in employee retention while overseeing the management of compensation and benefits for over 2,000 employees. Previous roles at Credo Bank included optimizing HR operations as Head of HR Administration and managing HRIS implementation as Human Resource Information System Manager. Inga's earlier experience includes enhancing labor relations and employee satisfaction as an HR operations and labor relations officer at Credo Bank, as well as directing HR initiatives at the Public Service Development Agency. Inga holds an MBA in Business Administration from Free University of Tbilisi and a master's degree in Public Relations Management from the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs.
