Aimee-Elizabeth Parsons

Aimee-Elizabeth Parsons currently serves as the Coordinator of Disability Programs Specialized Services at the Cree Board of Health and Social Services of James Bay, a position held since August 2019, which includes roles such as Interim Coordinator and Program Planning and Research Officer. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Sir Wilfrid Laurier School Board, including Principal and Interim Assistant Director of Pedagogical Services, as well as chairing the Educational Leadership Committee at ELC-AAESQ. Additional experience includes serving as Vice Principal at Lake of Two Mountains High School and teaching at both Twin Oaks Elementary School and Kativik School Board. Aimee-Elizabeth's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from McGill University, a Graduate Certificate in Educational Leadership and Administration from McGill University, and a Certificate in Conflict Resolution from Cornell University. Aimee-Elizabeth also holds a DEC in Music from Vanier College.
