Catherine Dickson

Catherine Dickson is a seasoned professional in public health and epidemiology, currently serving as an Adjunct Professor and Competency Committee Chair at the University of Ottawa and as a Medical Specialist in Public Health with the Cree Board of Health and Social Services of James Bay. Catherine has held roles as an Assistant Professor at the University of Saskatchewan and as a Medical Advisor and Field Epidemiologist with the Public Health Agency of Canada. Catherine's previous experience includes medical residency in Public Health and Preventive Medicine and research roles, including leading neurological disease initiatives and contributing to the Canadian Guidelines for Sexually Transmitted Infections. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Medicine from McGill University, along with Master's degrees in Epidemiology and Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa.
