Liliane Groleau

Liliane Groleau is an experienced leader in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Deputy General Director of Administrative Resources at Conseil Cri de la Santé et des Services Sociaux de la Baie James since October 2014. Prior roles include Director of Human Resources at CSSS Pierre-de Saurel and leadership positions at Pavillon du Parc and CRDI Chaudière-Appalaches. Groleau's career began at CSSS Manicouagan, where a foundation in human resources was established, complemented by a regional director position in addiction treatment with the Government of New Brunswick. Academic credentials include an MBA from the University of Moncton, project management training from HEC Montréal, and a Master's degree in Theology from Université Laval.
