Between 2005 and 2010, Stephen co-owned Evil Tongues Ltd., a UK sales agency specializing in footwear licensing and retail franchise partnerships for Superdry apparel. Prior to these roles, Stephen was the Fashion Buying Director at JD Sports Fashion plc from 1998 to 2004, contributing to the development and execution of retail buying strategies.
