Slava Sayko is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as SVP Engineering at Crescendo since January 2024, Slava previously held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Enegel.ai, focusing on enhancing customer experience through generative AI. Slava's long tenure at Genesys from 1997 to 2022 included pivotal roles such as SVP of Engineering, where leadership was demonstrated in transitioning Genesys Engage Cloud to a Multi-Cloud architecture and spearheading the move to Cloud-Native architecture for key services. As VP of Engineering, contributions included the successful launch of Genesys Cloud CCaaS on AWS. Slava's journey began with significant contributions as a Senior Development Manager and Software Engineer, including the development of innovative VoIP and enterprise application management solutions. Slava holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Saint Petersburg State University of Aerospace and Instrumentation.
