Gordon Chang

Gordon Chang is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in product management and design, currently serving as the Head of Product and Design at Crescendo Lab since 2021. Previously, Gordon held the Head of Product role at OpenPhone, successfully expanding the product management team and fostering a unified culture. Gordon's experience includes significant positions at Meta and Microsoft, where crucial contributions to product growth and digital communication were made. Notably, at Microsoft Teams, Gordon led product vision for education markets, and at Microsoft Bing Ads, impressive efficiency improvements were achieved in sales processes.
