Ian Larkins

Ian Larkins has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Ian started their career in 2011 as a Retention Advisor at Sky, where they worked until 2014. From there, they joined Glasgow City Council as a Customer Service Representative, primarily assisting homeless individuals and vulnerable adults. In 2014, they moved to Scottish Power Energy Networks Holdings Ltd. as a Customer Service Representative. In 2015, Ian joined Serco as an HR Administrator, responsible for recruitment and onboarding processes. Ian later transitioned to the role of HR on-boarding Administrator, taking on additional responsibilities such as screening candidates and coordinating interviews. In 2016, they worked as a Recruitment Administrator at Richmond Fellowship Scotland. Most recently, Ian has been employed at Crescent Petroleum since 2019, initially as a Human Resources Coordinator and currently as a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

Ian Larkins completed their high school education at Bellshill Academy from 2001 to 2005, receiving a High School Diploma in Education. In addition, they obtained a certification in "Mastering LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment" from LinkedIn in July 2020.
