Kevon Foster

Kevon Foster has a diverse work experience in various companies within the energy industry. Kevon started their career in 2006 as a Contract Administrator at Suncor Energy, where they worked until 2011. Kevon then moved on to CNOOC International, where they worked as a Contracts Specialist for a year. In 2012, Kevon joined Arrow Energy as a Contracts Engineer and stayed until 2014. Following that, they worked at Kuwait Oil Company (Fluor/Technip) as an EPC Contracts Administration/Claims Lead from 2014 to 2018. Kevon'smost recent position is with Crescent Petroleum, where they held two roles: Lead Contracts Specialist - Projects from 2019 to 2021, and currently as a Contracts Manager - Projects.

Kevon Foster has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Calgary. Kevon also obtained a GMCA in Business Leadership from the University of Cambridge. In addition, they completed a Masters in Commercial Contract Management from Villanova University. Kevon has obtained several certifications, including a Finance & Accounting for Non-Financial Managers certification from Executive Education at Cambridge Judge Business School in December 2021. Kevon also has a General Management Certificate of Achievement from the same institution, obtained in December 2021. Kevon has further certifications in Creating High Performance Teams, Leading Strategic Projects Successfully, and The Cambridge Negotiations Lab from Executive Education at Cambridge Judge Business School, obtained in November 2021, October 2021, and September 2021, respectively. Additionally, they are an Associate Member of the Institute of Construction Claims Practitioners since August 2016.
