Neeraj Agrawal

Neeraj Agrawal serves as Group CFO and Board Member of Crescent Group Holdings Limited, with over 20 years of extensive experience in investment, international finance, and the petroleum industry. Agrawal has been with Crescent Petroleum since July 1988, contributing to various areas such as mergers and acquisitions, financing, treasury, accounting, and taxation, with a strong focus on upstream project development and joint operations in collaboration with regional and international oil companies. Prior to joining Crescent Petroleum, Agrawal worked as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young and as a Consultant at Pricewaterhouse & Co. Agrawal holds a B Com (Honours) degree in Commerce from Delhi University.
