Brad Rabal

Brad Rabal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in automation, infrastructure, and strategic sourcing. Currently serving as Senior Director of Automation and Infrastructure at Cresco Labs since July 2019, Brad has also held positions such as Director of Strategic Sourcing and Senior Sourcing Manager within the same organization. Prior to Cresco Labs, Brad worked as a Senior Consultant at Proxima and as a Strategic Partnerships and Sourcing Analyst at Nielsen. Additional experience includes a role as Special Assistant to the President at Tendon Manufacturing and financial analysis co-op positions at Axcess Financial and Chiquita. Brad holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Finance and International Business from the University of Cincinnati Lindner College of Business.
