Mark Grigg is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in leadership positions across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of IT and Change at CREST since October 2022, Mark previously held roles as Head of IT at the ORX Association and Jisc from July 2017 to October 2022 and June 2013 to July 2017, respectively. Mark's career began as an IT Support Technician at Ian Williams Ltd, followed by positions as an IT Field Engineer at Danren Computer Services and IT Manager at Brandon Trust. Mark holds a Master’s degree in Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Systems Analysis, both from the University of the West of England.
