Harsh Shah

Harsh Shah is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical leadership and system administration. Currently serving as Technical Lead IT at Crest Data since July 2016, Harsh has progressed through various roles including Senior IT Admin E5, Senior IT Admin E4, and IT Administrator. Prior experience includes a position as System Administrator at Live Nation and a Sr. Customer Support Engineer role at Hitachi Systems Micro Clinic. Earlier career milestones include working as a System Engineer at Lauren Information Technologies Pvt Ltd, a Customer Support Engineer at IBM, and a Technical Support Executive at S.Kumar Computer Pvt. Ltd., where responsibilities included on-site support for IBM's RAPDRP Data Center and handling IBM server installations.
