Russell Pallesen has a diverse work experience. Russell started their career as a Manager at Outback Steakhouse from November 2007 to April 2011. Russell then worked as a Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from May 2011 to March 2016. After that, Russell joined Neos Therapeutics, Inc. as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative from March 2016 to March 2017. Following their time at Neos Therapeutics, they worked in Marketing at Federated Insurance from May 2017 to September 2021. Currently, Russell holds the position of Vice President - Commercial P&C at Crest Insurance Group, starting in September 2021.
From 2003 to 2008, Russell Pallesen attended Northern Arizona University. During this time, they pursued a degree in Hotel Restaurant Management with a focus on Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management.

On June 1st, 2010, Cody Ritchie assumed the role of President of the newly formed Crest Insurance Group with a vision to develop the firm to be the top agency based in Arizona. Crest Insurance has grown to include offices in Tucson, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Lake Havasu, Cottonwood, Sedona, Sierra Vista, Flagstaff, San Diego, Denver, Fort Collins, Longmont, Laramie and Rawlins . We have experienced producers writing policies for clients throughout the United States. We pride ourselves on being the best at what we do. We provide access to many national carriers and markets yet remain a true local agency with face to face service and deep ties to our community.
