Lindsay Wynter

Lindsay Wynter serves as the Vice President of Operations at Crest Rock Partners since October 2022, focusing on implementing best practices, ERP deployments, and strategic relationships. As Principal Consultant at L4 Consulting LLC since January 2020, Lindsay provides financial and operational expertise, including M&A advice to private equity firms. Previously, Lindsay held CFO roles at Lumin8 Transportation Technologies and VITAC, where revenue growth and integration of companies were key achievements. With extensive experience in financial leadership at Gores Small Capitalization Partners and The Learning Company, alongside international finance oversight at Mindscape, Lindsay’s career began at Touche Ross as an audit supervisor. Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Northumberland.
