Sergey Kruk

Sergey Kruk is a seasoned software professional with extensive experience in software engineering and security. Currently serving as a Software Security Engineer at Cresta since February 2024, Sergey focuses on enhancing security team efficiency through integration of security tools and addressing product issues identified during penetration testing. Prior to this, Sergey held the position of Staff Software Engineer at Cobalt.io, contributing to the development of a pentesting as a service platform, and worked as a Technical Lead and Senior Software Engineer at fliit, where a logistics platform was built from the ground up. Sergey’s earlier experience includes roles as a Founding Engineer and Software Architect at neq4, where software for processing geolocated panoramic images was developed, as well as Project Manager at KSAN Internet Laboratory, managing multimedia projects. Sergey began a career in software development at Quantum Art, focusing on e-commerce solutions. Educational qualifications include a Specialist’s Degree from Bauman Moscow State Technical University and a Master of Engineering from Grenoble INP - UGA.
