Melissa Erchick

Melissa Erchick is an accomplished human resources professional with significant experience in the private equity sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Crestview Partners since June 2025, Melissa has developed a robust background in talent management, holding various roles at Siris Capital Group from 2016 to June 2025, including Vice President, Senior Associate, Associate, and Executive Assistant in the Talent team. Prior to that, Melissa provided administrative support at M. Safra & Co. from March 2013 to January 2016. Melissa Erchick earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Southeast Missouri State University and studied at Cornell University ILR School.
