Patrick Thompson

Patrick Thompson currently serves as the Vice President of Global Sales at CrewAI, responsible for leading all go-to-market functions since June 2025. Prior to this role, Patrick held various leadership positions at Redpanda Data, including Vice President of Global Sales and Regional Vice President of Sales for the East region, where Patrick managed multiple teams and promoted a modern Kafka implementation. Additional experience includes roles as Regional Sales Director at BigPanda, Sales Director at Cockroach Labs, Enterprise Account Executive at Mesosphere, National Account Director at Thomson Reuters, and Account Executive at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. Patrick earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
