Govanni Macias is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in customer success engineering and technical account management. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Engineer at Cribl since June 2025, Govanni previously held key positions at Cymulate and Sumo Logic, focusing on client success and technical solutions. With a strong background in cybersecurity, Govanni worked at Proficio and Trustwave as a Technical Security Advisor and Senior Technical Security Advisor, managing critical security infrastructures and event monitoring across various platforms. Additionally, Govanni has experience in education as a Computer Systems Technician Lead Instructor at UEI College and has held multiple technical roles throughout the career, including IT System Administrator at NCE Computer Group. Academically, Govanni holds a dual Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Cyber Security, along with an Associate of Science degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Coleman University.
