Dr. Kishore Shallow is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in cricket administration and business leadership. Currently serving as President of Cricket West Indies since March 2017, Dr. Shallow has also held roles as Vice President and Director within the organization. As Managing Director of iShallz since November 2009 and Regional Lead Consultant at Populus Global Solutions until May 2024, Dr. Shallow has demonstrated expertise in consulting and business operations. Previously, leadership positions include President of the Windward Islands Cricket Board of Control and President of SVG Cricket Association Inc., focusing on the development of cricket in the region. Dr. Shallow's educational background encompasses a Diploma from Harvard Business School Online, a DBA in Business Administration from Walden University, an MBA from the University of Wales, and a BSc from the University of Sunderland.

Cricket West Indies CWI (formerly West Indies Cricket Board Inc. WICB) is responsible for the governance and development of the sport of cricket within the West Indies. The CWI aspires to develop and promote West Indies cricket for the benefit and enjoyment of the West Indian people, its clients and other stakeholders by procuring a consistently high-quality, successful and international West Indian product.
