Taylor Hathaway

Taylor Hathaway has extensive experience in customer service and operational support, currently serving as an SAP Operations Specialist at Cricut since June 2017. In this role, Taylor is responsible for maintaining and reconciling inventory in accordance with SOX control guidelines while communicating with various departments, including Finance and Operations. Prior to that, Taylor worked at Frontier Communications from April 2014 to June 2017, where responsibilities included leading agent support for QuickBooks products and providing customer service for QuickBooks Online services. Taylor graduated from Spanish Fork High School in 2010 with a High School Diploma in General Studies.
