Emma Richardson is a seasoned professional in people and development, currently serving as the Director of People & Development at Cripps since April 2023, focusing on strategic transformation and growth through a collaborative approach. Prior to Cripps, Emma held various roles at Lewis Silkin from January 2016 to April 2023, including Client Engagement Director for Wellbeing and HR Consultancy Services. Emma's extensive experience includes leadership positions at PwC UK and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where responsibilities encompassed human capital functions, strategic project management, and operational leadership across international settings. Emma holds a CIPD postgraduate qualification from Henley Business School and additional credentials from the University of West London.
