Julie Hughes is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, specializing in private equity. Since June 2008, Julie has held various roles at Cripps LLP, progressing from Solicitor to Partner and Managing Associate. Prior to Cripps LLP, Julie spent nearly six years at Clifford Chance LLP, beginning as a Trainee Solicitor and advancing to Solicitor in the Corporate Department. Julie's educational background includes an LPC from BPP Law School and an MA in Law from the University of Cambridge, supplemented by formative training at the Lycée International de St Germain En Laye.
