Katie Haylock is an experienced solicitor specializing in corporate finance matters and restructuring within the corporate transactional team. Currently a Partner and Legal Director at Cripps since May 2020, Katie previously held roles as Managing Associate and Associate at Cripps Pemberton Greenish and Cripps LLP, respectively. Before joining Cripps, Katie worked as a Lawyer at Vertex Law LLP, focusing on acquisitions, investments, disposals, and corporate insolvency. Katie's career began at Buss Murton LLP, where responsibilities spanned company commercial law during a training contract. Educational credentials include a legal practice course from the College of Law, Guildford, and an LLB from the University of Kent. Transactional experience covers various sectors such as technology, biophysics, automotive, healthcare, and media.
