Noel Ruddy is a partner in the Corporate team at Cripps since February 2024. Previously, Noel held the position of partner at PDT Solicitors from August 1991 to February 2024, focusing on general corporate commercial legal work, including company and business sales, finance and security, corporate insolvency, and general advisory, with expertise in receivables financing. Earlier career experience includes serving as a trainee solicitor at Field Fisher Waterhouse from September 1988 to September 1990 and as a tax manager at Arthur Andersen from August 1984 to August 1987, specializing in international taxation services. Noel's educational background includes an LLB (Hons) in Law from Northumbria University and training at the College of Law, Guildford.
