Since 2011, Caraulia has been associated with Crisis Prevention Institute in various roles. AlGene started as the Executive Director of Operations from 2011 to 2014. From 2014 to 2019, they served as the Vice President of Training, and since December 2019, they have been the Vice President of Integration and Sustainability.
AlGene Caraulia completed their high school education at Lakewood High School. After completing their high school diploma, they pursued higher education at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. They earned an MBA in Executive Management from 2008 to 2010. In 2014, AlGene Caraulia attended the Center for Creative Leadership for an unspecified program.
