Megan Sprangers has a diverse and extensive work experience. Megan started their career as a Research Assistant at the Sociology Quantitative Research Lab in 2006 and worked there until 2008. Afterwards, they joined the Kane County Government - GIS Technologies as an Intern for a few months. In 2008, they started working at Market Dynamics, Inc. as a Research Analyst, where they developed research reports, managed data quality, and analyzed survey studies. In 2011, they moved on to OptionsHouse | Peak6 as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, where they identified key metrics for customer acquisition strategy, created forecasting models, and improved web analytics. In 2013, they joined Target as a Senior HR Business Intelligence Analyst and delivered various HR dashboards and reporting solutions. In 2015, they joined PEAK6 Investments as a Business Intelligence Lead Consultant and later became the VP of Business Intelligence, responsible for reporting and analytics for various businesses. In 2017, they briefly worked at PopSockets LLC as a VP of Business Intelligence. In 2018, they joined OrthoFi as a Product Manager, where they improved customer contracts and defined policies. Finally, in 2019, they joined Crisis Prevention Institute, first as a Software Product Manager and later as a Director of Software Product, leading teams and developing digital products. In 2023, they became the Vice President of Product, Software & Design at Crisis Prevention Institute.

Megan Sprangers holds a Master's degree in Sociology with a concentration in Research Methodology and Geographic Information Systems from Northern Illinois University. Megan also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the same institution. Additionally, Megan has obtained several certifications including a Product Analytics Certification from Pendo.io in March 2023, a Professional Scrum Product Owner I from Scrum.org in May 2019, a CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) from Scrum Alliance in August 2018, and a CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) also from Scrum Alliance in June 2018.
