Keara Paterson is currently a waitress at Crispelli's Bakery & Pizzeria, gaining experience in a high-volume restaurant environment while excelling in customer service and event management since July 2017. Keara's notable achievements include being awarded server of the month through a customer feedback initiative. In the summer of 2023, Keara completed a Supply Chain Management Purchasing Internship at Ford Motor Company, where significant contributions included creating a value stream map used by top executives and assisting in the development of a scorecard system for suppliers. Prior experience as a Nursing Assistant at Beaumont Health from September 2018 to September 2021 involved supporting patient care across various hospital units. Keara is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Global Supply Chain Management at Wayne State University, expected to graduate in May 2024.
