Astrid Azzehizi

Astrid Azzehizi is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and procurement law. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Criteo since July 2019, Astrid has previously held the position of Legal Counsel Manager at PwC, where responsibilities included client contracts, IT and digital legal matters, and data protection compliance for the French entities of the PwC network. Prior to that, Astrid worked as Legal Counsel at Exane, focusing on procurement and IT contracts, as well as corporate law matters. Early career experiences include roles as a trainee legal counsel at Young & Rubicam and Total, and a lobbyist trainee at CLAN Public Affairs. Astrid holds a Master's degree in International Business Law and Management from ESSEC Business School, an LL.M in Advanced Legal Studies from the University of Reading, and a Master's in French and English Business Law from Université Paris Nanterre.
