As a Deployment Specialist, you will be focusing on deploying updates and managing content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and overseeing our web performance and security through the Akamai suite of tools. This entry-level position is designed for someone who is passionate about web technologies and is eager to develop skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

You will:

  • Deploy and update content on our web platforms using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Configure and manage caching, security, and other settings in Akamai to enhance website performance and security.
  • Monitor website performance metrics and respond to issues related to content delivery and performance.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate new features and updates into the production environment efficiently.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of web projects, ensuring compliance with best practices.
  • Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to AEM and Akamai during and after deployment.
  • Maintain documentation for system configurations, updates, and best practices.
  • Seek out and advocate for process enhancements to enhance communication, minimize quality concerns, and streamline operations.
  • Effectively collaborate with remote team members, global offices, and external partners across various time zones.

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changes.

Nice to have:

  • 1-3 years of operational support experience
  • Basic understanding of content management systems, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Familiarity with CDN technologies, particularly Akamai, is a plus.
