Caitlin Thurnauer

Caitlin Thurnauer has been in the entertainment and customer service industries since 2008. Caitlin began their career as a performer at The Manhattan Children's Theater in 2008, followed by a role as a Childcare Provider for Smartsitting, LLC in 2009. Later that year, they also took on a role as a Performer for Disney Cruise Line. In 2010, they worked as a Performer/Casting Assistant for ArtsPower. From 2011-2014, Thurnauer worked as a Performer for Interlakes Summer Theater, Lake Ontario Playhouse, and Disney Cruise Line. In 2014, they took on a role as a Patient Operations Team for Zocdoc. From 2016-2019, Thurnauer worked as a Senior Customer Success Representative & Program Manager for Daily Burn. During this time, they were responsible for providing members with technical, billing support and account success management, as well as spearheading the Surprise and Delight initiative. In 2019, they began working as a Senior Account Manager for Critical Mention, where they were responsible for securing renewals of high-profile clients.

Caitlin Thurnauer attended Reading Memorial High School and then earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Musical Theatre from Syracuse University.
