Nicole Spear is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in managing complex healthcare initiatives. Currently a Senior Project Manager at the Critical Path Institute since March 2017, Nicole leads efforts within the T1D Consortium to secure regulatory qualifications for biomarkers in type 1 diabetes. Prior roles include Scientific Program Manager at the Foundation for the National Institutes of Health, where Nicole directed multi-year initiatives totaling over $55 million in metabolic disorders, and at the Reagan-Udall Foundation for the FDA, where Nicole managed pharmacovigilance programs. Nicole began a career in project coordination with the DC Government, focusing on compliance and human resources. Nicole holds educational credentials from the University of North Florida.
