Vicki Theurer Crider, PMP, serves as the Associate Director for Operations at Critical Path Institute, overseeing departmental projects and ensuring strategic alignment and resource allocation to meet consortia deliverables. With extensive experience in managing high-budget technical projects, including those funded by the FDA and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Vicki has held various roles across leading companies such as Intuit and Xerox. Vicki's career includes significant accomplishments as a Scrum Master, Technical Project Manager, and Software QA Analyst, alongside analytical roles that employed Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency. Vicki holds multiple degrees from Pima Community College, earning recognition for academic excellence.
