Délio Almeida has extensive experience in program and project management, particularly in digital engineering and high-integrity systems at Critical Software since August 2002. Currently serving as Program Manager for the Digital Engineering Services Division, Délio oversees Digital Transformation projects within the Finance sector. Previous roles include leading safety-critical software development contracts for major airplane manufacturers, directing quality operations across multiple countries, and facilitating agile project management for significant aerospace initiatives. As a co-founder and Sales Director of Aromas da Villa, Délio is responsible for the company's business development and digital marketing efforts. Délio holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Universidade de Coimbra and multiple project management certifications, including RMP and PMP from the Project Management Institute.
