Vikas Gupta

Vikas Gupta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and banking technology. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at CRMNEXT since June 2021, Vikas is responsible for delivering digital transformation programs and implementing best practices. Prior to this role, Vikas was with Oracle Financial Services Software Limited for over 13 years, where contributions included API development for digital banking, leading global implementation and support teams, and overseeing various implementations using Java and Oracle Weblogic. Vikas began the career as a Software Engineer at Tumlare Corporation and held a programmer position at Magic Software Pvt Ltd. Vikas holds a Master of Computer Applications in Information Technology from Punjab Technical University and a Bachelor's degree in Physical Sciences from the University of Lucknow.
