Crocker Art Museum
Sacramento native Kimberly Garza is founder and principal at ATLAS Lab Inc., a local landscape architecture, urban design, and public art practice. A trained landscape architect and educator with 15 years of experience working with private and public developments across the country, Kimberly is passionate about improving Sacramento’s public realm. Her work has been internationally recognized, published, and exhibited, including as a juried selection for the Market Street Prototyping Festival; the International Garden Festival in Quebec, Canada; and winning proposal for the Sacramento Capitol Mall design competition. She was named a 40 Under 40 Urban Innovator by NextCity.org and a 40 Under 40 Honoree by the Sacramento Business Journal. She holds degrees in landscape architecture from Harvard University and UC Berkeley.
