Lena Taylor

Lena Taylor serves as the VP and Chief Information Security Officer at Crocs since November 2023. Prior to this role, Lena was the VP of Cybersecurity at Vertafore from January 2023 to November 2023. Lena's extensive experience includes serving as the Sr. Director of Enterprise Security at Lumen Technologies, where responsibilities included leading a security team and managing performance for over 100 contributors. As Chief of Staff in the Security Organization at CenturyLink, Lena oversaw budgets, strategy, and talent acquisition, contributing to organizational transformation. Earlier roles include Director of Security Technology and Innovation and various technical positions at Level 3 Communications, IBM Global Services, and the University of Colorado at Boulder. Lena holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Technology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
