Edyta Jaworska

Edyta Jaworska is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the life sciences and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as the Country Managing Director at Croda since September 2023, Edyta leads initiatives in sustainable high-performance ingredients and technologies. Prior to this role, Edyta was the VP of Sales Drug Discovery for Europe and Asia at Selvita from April 2012 to August 2023, where responsibilities included planning sales strategies, fostering collaborations, and overseeing business development. Edyta's earlier roles included Business Development Director and Operations Manager at Hand-Prod LLC and International Nephrology Centers Poland, respectively. Edyta holds an Executive MBA from Stockholm University, a post-graduate degree in Finance Management from Krakow University of Economics, and a master's degree in Economics, along with an education from Syddansk Universitet. Specialties include biotechnology, healthcare, integrated drug discovery, and strategic management.
