Paul Hardy

Paul Hardy has extensive work experience, starting with their role as a Business Owner in a road re-surfacing company from August 1996 to March 1998. Paul then worked as a Production Team Lead at Conquest Foods from March 1998 to December 2000. After that, they worked as a Surveyor at IETG from March 2000 to May 2008. Currently, they are working as a Lead Process Technician at Croda since May 2008. In their current role, they manage team actions, maintains inventory, and raises work orders for maintenance and breakdowns, while also operating a jet loop reactor to produce various products.

Paul Hardy earned a Bachelor's degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering from the University of Leeds from 1993 to 1996. In 2021 to 2022, they attended SHEilds and obtained a NEBOSH certification in Health and Safety.
