Dawn Posey

Dawn Posey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and consultancy. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Change for Results, LLC since January 2019, Dawn specializes in delivering strategic advice for complex business challenges. Concurrently, Dawn holds the position of Senior Consultant at Croixstone Consulting, focusing on providing elite expertise to various industries in the Charlotte region. From 2001 to 2018, Dawn held multiple leadership roles at Honeywell, including Vice President of Customer Experience Excellence, where responsibilities encompassed customer support and quality management across global centers. Dawn also led significant initiatives such as the integration of Datamax-O'Neil and the establishment of a multilingual customer care center in Scotland. Educational qualifications include an MBA/MS in Engineering Management and a BS in Industrial Engineering, both from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
