Joe Traigle

Joe Traigle is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience across multiple industries. As the President of Sheffield Consulting since February 2022, Traigle has established a management consulting firm focused on guiding clients in addressing fundamental business issues and optimizing operations. Concurrently, as a Senior Business Consultant with Croixstone Consulting since May 2018, Traigle leverages expertise in key economic sectors within the Charlotte region. Traigle previously co-founded and served as President and CEO of The Sterling Group, Inc., leading it to substantial growth. Additionally, Traigle held executive positions at TL James and Company, Great American Corporation, and served as Secretary of Revenue for the State of Louisiana, where Traigle was the youngest cabinet member in state history. Early career experience includes roles at Grant Thornton LLP and Ford Motor Company. Traigle holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi and a Bachelor's Degree from Northwestern State University.
