Rajeev Singh has extensive work experience in the retail industry, spanning various roles and responsibilities. Rajeev began their career at Kenya Duty Free Complex in Nairobi as a Marketing Officer from November 2002 to December 2004. Rajeev then moved on to Flemingo Duty Free Shop Pvt. Ltd., where they served as Head Merchandiser, responsible for overseeing buying, promotional activities, sales analysis, and product management from December 2004 to January 2006.

In 2006, Rajeev joined Woolworths Wholesale (I) Pvt. Ltd. as a Buyer, handling communications and digital imaging. After two years in this role, they were promoted to Business Manager, specializing in telecommunications and digital imaging. During their time at Woolworths, Rajeev managed category management, buying and merchandising, inventory management, and pricing and promotions until February 2012.

Following their tenure at Woolworths, Rajeev worked at CAMARENA as the Vice President, overseeing the pan India operations of the camera retail chain. In this role, they managed the entire retail vertical and directly controlled functions such as operations, property selection, buying and merchandising, marketing, IT, and human resources. Additionally, they led an ERP implementation project for Microsoft Dynamics.

In 2012, Rajeev joined Croma, Infiniti Retail Limited, as the General Manager of Telecom, Wearables, Imaging, and Gaming. In this role, they had P&L responsibility for the Croma Retail chain's vertical with an approximate value of Rs. 1400 Cr. Rajeev successfully introduced the brand OnePlus to Croma's portfolio, exclusively offline, for two years. Subsequently, they were promoted to General Manager of Appliances Business, where they led large, home, and kitchen appliances. Rajeev introduced unique marketing themes, such as "Lifetime Service" and "Fix or Replace," during this time.

Most recently, Rajeev served as the Group Business Manager for Home Appliances, Home Electronics, and the Online Assortment of croma.com. In this role, they headed the entire home business, including large appliances, home and kitchen appliances, panel and audio business, with P&L responsibility for Rs. 2100 Cr.

Throughout their career, Rajeev has demonstrated expertise in category management, buying and merchandising, P&L responsibility, and marketing strategies, contributing to their success in the retail industry.

Rajeev Singh pursued an MBA in Marketing Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they attended the University of Lucknow between 1994 and 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Anthropology, Ancient Indian History, and Modern History.
