Fabiana Alves

Fabiana Alves possesses extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as Head de Gente e Gestão at Cromai since April 2023. Previously, Fabiana held the position of Head of People for a confidential automotive startup in 2022, and worked as an HR Business Partner at Liftit from August 2020 to May 2022, where responsibilities included recruitment, employee development, climate mapping, and cross-national strategy design in Latin America. Earlier roles included People Payroll Analyst at Noverde and various HR positions at ProPay S.A and Luandre, with a strong foundation in recruitment, employee relations, and operational support. Fabiana holds a degree in Psychology from Universidade Paulista, completed in 2016.
