Alpana Divekar

Alpana Divekar is currently the Manager - Scientist Microbiology at Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited since April 2023. Previously, Alpana held various roles at Unilever from June 2007 to December 2020, starting as a Consultant Trainee and progressing to Assistant Manager and Sr. R&D Associate in Oral Care and Water GDC. Key contributions include working on global Oral Care brands, managing cross-functional teams for product launches, developing competitive claims, and conducting microbiological assessments for water purification products. Alpana holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Life Sciences- Biotechnology from the University of Mumbai and completed SSC at Paranjape Vidyalaya, Mumbai.
