Chetan Sorab is an accomplished design and consumer experience professional with extensive expertise in industrial design and user experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Associate Vice President at Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited, Chetan leads initiatives to develop meaningful consumer products and experiences. Previous roles include Director and Head of Design at Crompton, Lead ID/UX Designer at KATERRA, and Independent Consultant at ATONARP INC, where successful projects involved advanced technology and molecular sensing products. Chetan's career at LG Electronics spanned over a decade, encompassing roles from Assistant Manager to Team Head, focusing on product design and market strategies for home appliances and mobile technologies. Chetan's foundational experience began with design internships and a master's degree in Industrial Design from the National Institute of Design, coupled with organizational leadership training from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
